3 years ago, we released our first newsletter, it went as follows.
It has been an exciting start.. independent and Franchise free.
Once I had made the choice to keep it simple and put my name on my door I knew I had chosen the right path… not boxed into territories, free to conduct business on my terms and the many years of experience gained from being in the real estate business for over 20 years.
My journey so far…. How to improve and keep my clients informed and involved? – I have implemented a new platform for our landlords to be able to login, to view every aspect of your property, and communicate easily with us. Property Me is a cloud based property management system that allows landlords and tenants alike to view financial information, track maintenance issues, upload photos, videos and sometimes just say hello!! As routines are conducted at your properties we will invite you to login and view your files… or you can choose to receive via email only, the choice is yours.
My staff are young and dedicated, professional and keen – it’s been an absolute pleasure to form my team and see them go out of their way to assist their landlords… who else would meet a landlord in the city to help them pick up a faulty TV and replace it. Over and above the normal service any other property manager would provide. No one is perfect but we will do our absolute best to manage your properties as if they were our own. This is our pledge!
