When this company transitioned from "CD Real Estate" to "The Neighborhood Property Collective" in 2022, the owner asked for my thoughts on the new name. I admit, I said it sounded more like a community group than a real estate business.
Three years later, I understand completely. The name is perfect. The Neighborhood Property Collective has achieved exactly what it set out to be: less of a corporate entity and more of a trusted neighbor and friend. Their service goes far beyond standard property management. They keep me informed with relevant community news, provide insightful market analysis, and offer truly professional advice.

One of the best agencies out there! After dealing with faceless realestate agencies, the NPC is a breath of fresh air. They DO care how your move is going, they DO care about the place, they DO contact you to check on any requests for any maintenance/any concerns about the place.
