Our pricing is fair and transparent. It always will be.
We believe that it is important that we provide our customers value for money.
- 1 - 5 properties
- 6% of gross rental income, per property
- 50% rental guarantees if vacant for more than 6 weeks per 24 months
- 5+ properties under management
- 5% of gross rental income per property
- Includes free landlord insurance for 1 year per property
- 50% rental guarantees if vacant for more than 4 weeks per 24 months.
